Revilla Slicing Chorizo
A Spanish mixture of coarsely ground pork meat—with larger chunks of meat than its North American counterparts—blended to a mixture of spices, including paprika which lends it a red coloring. The ingredients are then stuffed in a collagen casing. After a minimum of three months of curing, the product is ready to be tasted. 18 inches long by 2.5 inch diameter.
