Ajowan
Ajowan is an annual related to caraway and cumin, although its taste resembles that of thyme. Also called Lovage, Ajowan is a popular spice throughout India. The seeds themselves resemble celery seeds, but are light brown to purple-red in color. Until crushed, the seeds have little aroma.
