Bonomi is the Italian maker of Ladyfingers. Known in Italy as "Savoiardi", Ladyfingers are sweet, fairly dry, finger-shaped sponge cakes. Ladyfingers are often used in making Tiramisu, or enjoying with a cup of your favorite coffee or tea. Also good with ice cream, puddings and other desserts.
